upfront payment is preferred but not required so long as you can pay half when i begin writing and the second half at completion
you can cancel your commission at any time prior to completion and be refunded 50% of the full price. if you paid half upfront, the second payment is forgotten. full refunds only apply if i am unable to write your commission after accepting it
deadlines are OK to assign but must be discussed before i accept your commission
